Back to School

Welcome to Stony Point South for the 2024 - 2025 academic year!  There's a lot to know and do to get ready to come back, so read on to make sure you've got it all taken care of before the first day of school.  First day of school - Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 8:25 AM!

OUR SUMMER HOURS ARE MONDAY - THURSDAY, 8 AM - 4 PM UNTIL AUGUST 1.

Returning Students:  To be ready for school, make sure you do these two things before the first day -

  • Go into Infinite Campus through your Parent Portal and fill out:
    • The Home Economic Survey (breakfast and lunch are free, but we need this information for the state for funding)
    • Re-register for school (call us at 627-4600 if you need help or need your password reset)

Students new to our district and / or school -

If you are new to our district, please visit our Welcome Center at Central Office, located at 2010 N. 59th Street, Kansas City, KS, if you need assistance with procuring the required documents for a new enrollment.

There is an enrollment event for families new to the district on July 23 at Central Office from 11 AM - 6 PM.  For those with language support needs, there will also be a multi-lingual enrollment event on July 25 at Central Office from 9 AM - 5 PM to support you as well.  As always, you are welcome to stop by our office for more support for all your enrollment needs.  Please see the list below for the documents you will need in order to enroll.

You also have the option to upload these documents during enrollment. However, once enrolled, you are not able to go back in and upload the documents.  Please be aware that Kindergarten students may already be registered.
